To access the sms sending report and consult all the data of the same you must follow the following steps.
1. Go to the Email/SMS Marketing section on the left side menu and select “Campaigns”:
2. Click on the “Report” link in the “Actions” column on the specific SMS Campaign you want to view.
A report will open featuring details including:
- General overview of the sent content, featuring information like: sent SMS ID, status, date sent, relevant campaign, sender and tags used.
The “Sent SMS ID” is important when reporting any incident or query about a sent item. Providing this information can drastically improve the amount of time we take to resolve the issue.
- Total and percentage of sent items, openings, bounce backs and cancellations.
If you want to explore the information for one particular list or segment, or for a certain period of time, you can select these more specific options in the top right hand corner.

In both the main report and all of the individual tabs, you’ll find a button to export the report to Excel, allowing you to use the data as you wish.
