Time Zone

To define the time zone in which your campaigns will be sent, you must know that it’s set on a subaccount level. Tha’s, within an account, you can have several subaccounts with a different time zone in each of them. Learn how to manage subaccounts by reading this article.

 

 To choose which time zone that subaccount belongs to, you must:

1 . Login to "My MDirector Account":



2. Once inside, select the "Subaccounts" section:

3. Click the "Edit" button on the sub-account you wish to edit:


4. Choose the time zone to which this subaccount will belong and the sendings coming out of this sub-account:

All scheduled mailings will be sent taking into account the time zone established for the subaccount.

5. You can change the time zone at any time.

6. You can schedule a sending, even if in your time zone the time has already passed, but in that case, the sending will be done instantly. 

Example: 

Our sub-account is in a time zone in Spain, and we are in Mexico, if it is 14:00 h in Mexico we could schedule a sending at 15:00 h in Spain the same day, but as that time has already passed in Spain, the sending would go out immediately.
