If you have a Pro or Total account, the transactional Email and SMS service will be active in your account. You can access it from the left sidebar.
You can view all the documentation in the "Preferences" section of that menu.
If your account is Free or Lite, send an email to info@mdirector.com and we will contact you to explain how to upgrade your account.
To use the service with a correct sender you must setup a domain or subdomain following the MDirector instructions on Set up the custom email sender. If you need this document for the configuration please contact your agent or write to soporte@mdirector.com
To send transactional SMS, you need to purchase SMS packages, which you can find in the Payments section --> Plans and Credits --> SMS Credits.
