If you want to know the data on a single list or segment or on a certain time range, you can select it from the lists at the top right. To delve deeper into the data, you can click on the upper tabs.
Both in this main report and in all the tabs you will find a button to export the report in Excel and thus be able to process the data in any way you need.

You will also be able to see a breakdown of clicks for each link and analyse the "heatmap" to find out which links and which calls to action have worked best: In it you can see the links differentiated by colours according to whether they have a high or low click rate, and numerical data on each.

- Bouncebacks or failed sent items
You can use this tab to check the number of contacts that have not received this sent item. Both absolute numbers and percentages, as well as divided by type.
Proper treatment of failed items is guaranteed with MDirector:
- They are clearly identified from the first email.
- The hard bounces are immediately eliminated from the database, as soon as they are detected.
- In the event of soft bounces, the next 3 campaigns will still attempt delivery to the addresses. If though, after these 3 attempts the subscriber still has not been reached, their status will be changed to hard bounce and will therefore be treated as such.
- In this report generated by MDirector you can export all the subscribers that have been detected as bounce, and all of the respective details associated to it.
At the bottom, you’ll find a list of all the contacts that have experienced some type of failure, you can also search for a specific one or download the complete list of these contacts.
To learn more about the types of bouncebacks, we recommend that you read the article: Types of Bounces.
- Unsubscriptions
MDirector strictly complies with data processing regulations (LOPD and LSSCIE law) and with the strictest anti-spam policies imposed on the Internet (also AEPD), so in this report you will be able to see the cancellations generated in the sending, whether they are explicit (people who have clicked on the unsubscribe button) or implicit (people who have used some tool provided by their own mail client (cancel subscription, list-unsubscribe, etc...)
At the bottom there is a list of all the contacts who have requested the withdrawal along with the reason, you can also search for a specific one or download the complete list of these contacts.
- Sales / Conversion
Reports the contacts who have made a purchase or not after clicking on links that led to products or sales forms. It includes the data that is passed through the API or the sales pixel such as product identifier, quantity, price, etc. so that the return of each campaign can be measured.
There are also campaign folder reports, which you can check how to view by clicking here.
