How to Report Spam in MDirector?

Ivan Nieto

The growing problem of spam has created a considerable overload in inboxes and poses a problem for the future of email marketing and effective email communications. At MDirector, we do not endorse or tolerate the practice of spam in any way and are actively committed to taking all necessary measures to prevent its spread.

If you have received unsolicited emails from an MDirector user, we would greatly appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible. We are firmly committed to eradicating spam quickly and effectively, thus improving the quality of the inboxes of all our users.

To help the MDirector team you can report spam by sending the full email header to abuse@mdirector.com.

What is an email header and how to download it?

To investigate a complaint effectively, we need more than just the sender's address, the subject and the content of the message. The email code, especially the header, contains valuable information.

The header of an email is a crucial section of the message code that provides relevant information about the sender and recipient and allows our team to use this information to resolve delivery or content issues.

  • You can see instructions on how to get the information in email servers such as: Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL... by clicking here (this Gmail support link provides instructions on how to find the header in most email clients).
  • If you use an email such as Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007 or Office 365 you can find instructions here.

You can send us the header by downloading it and attaching the file in the spam report email abuse@mdirector.com or by copying the header to a notepad and attaching it to the email.

Thank you very much for your help.

The MDirector team.
