Sent Campaigns Overview

María Rico

Within the Email/SMS Marketing section of the left side menu, the “Campaigns” tab shows a complete listing of all sent items.

You can use the drop-down campaign section at the top of the page to filter sent items by campaign or search for the name of an individual sent item. The date selection tool allows you to widen the timespan of your search, which is otherwise set at three months, in order to find items that have been sent since you started working with MDirector.

The list of sent items includes the following categories:

  • Type: allows you to filter sent items by type (email, SMS, A/B Test, SMS-email)
  • Send date: allows you to put sent items in order from newest to oldest and vice versa. Items without a send date have not been launched yet.
  • Campaign: shows sent items by campaign. You can click on the name of any campaign in order to see a full report of all the pertaining sent items.
  • Name: allows you to order sent items alphabetically.
  • Status: allows you to sort by delivery's status (draft, sent, programmed, aborted, cancelled)
  • Sent, open, clicks: numerical data for the sent item if it has already been launched
  • Actions: if the sent item has already been launched, a link is made available to see the report (information on the reports can be consulted at this link: https://mdtr.io/3FbrW); if it is still in drafts then a link is made available to edit the content.

Next to the link there are three vertical dots that, when clicked, display a submenu that allows you to duplicate or hide the sending.

What does the “hide” function actually do?

MDirector sent items that cannot be deleted, regardless of their status. However, if there are sent items that you no longer wish to view, you can hide them in order to optimize your searches for sent items that you do wish to see. If you want to search for hidden sent items, you can use the “Show hidden items” button at the bottom of the list. Hidden items can also be restored to the main list by using the sub-menu that drops down from the three vertical dots, where you’ll find the option “Show”.

Finally, at the bottom of the sent items list, you’ll find a drop-down menu that allows you to choose the number of sent items you want to see displayed on each page and their corresponding page numbers to make it easier for you to browse through them.
