In MDirector, you have an option that allows you to share templates between subaccounts under the same account. To access this feature, go to "Email/SMS Marketing" from the main menu and open the “My templates” section.
Once there, locate the template you want to share and click on the three-dot menu. Then, select the "Share with..." option.
You can also share a template while editing it. To do so, click the "Edit" button on the template you want to share.
Inside the Drag and Drop editor, click the "Share with..." button located at the bottom-left corner of the editor.
In both cases, a window will open where you can choose whether to share the template with all subaccounts or only with selected ones. After making your choice, click the "Accept" button.
Once you complete these steps, the template will be marked as "Sharing" in the "My Templates" list.
The shared template will then appear in the subaccounts you selected, under the "My Shared Templates" section. There you can also see which subaccount owns the template, when it was last updated, and which editor was used to create it.
To edit a shared template, you must first duplicate it by selecting the "Duplicate in My Templates" option from the three-dot menu.
From that same menu, you can also copy the template ID. This information is useful if you need to contact the support team, as it will help them assist you more quickly.
Additionally, you can select shared templates in Step 2 of the campaign configuration, under the "My Templates" section.
Important: If the main subaccount that is sharing the templates is deleted, the templates will also be removed from all the subaccounts they were shared with.
