These are the types of statuses that you can find in our platform when sending a campaign:
- Sent: Your campaign has been sent to its recipients.
- Sending: Our platform is in the process of sending the campaign to the selected contact lists.
- Draft: Provisional version of a future mailing. Necessary modifications can be made before the actual sending.
- Error: An error has occurred during the sending process. If you put the mouse over the status it will indicate the reason for the error.
- Scheduled: A specific date and time has been set for the sending.
- Active: A campaign that is part of a Marketing Automation flow (more information at: https://mdtr.io/lzl8D) or that corresponds to an automatic send (more information at: https://mdtr.io/ZgoGf). This type of send cannot be edited or modified, only deactivated.
- Inactive: A campaign that was part of a Marketing Automation flow and has been removed from the scenario (or the entire scenario has been deleted). It may also refer to an automatic campaign that has been deactivated from the Automatic delivery section.
