Invoices are not found within your MDirector account, they are sent via email. Once a service is contracted with us, our administration department usually takes between 5 and 7 business days to send the invoice.
Please check the inbox of the email you signed up with. You should have received an email from facturacion.mdirector@letsrebold.com with a link that will allow you to download the invoice in PDF format. If you do not find it in your inbox, check your SPAM folder and if you see that you have not received the invoice please contact MDirector Support and we will send it to you.
