Email or SMS campaigns that are part of the step “Send an email to the contact or to another contact” in a Marketing Automation scenario change from Draft status to Active. Once in Active status, they cannot be modified.
If you want to change a campaign that is already part of a flow, follow these steps:
Duplicate the send you want to replace (currently in Active status) from the Email/SMS Marketing section.
Make the necessary changes to the duplicated send by clicking Edit.
Go to the Marketing Automation flow and click the Edit button.
Select the corresponding node and click the edit icon.
Choose the new send and save the changes.
The original send will switch to Inactive status and cannot be used in any other scenario.
