What is Marketing Automation?

The concept of Marketing Automation is used to refer to software and techniques that allow you to automate part of your marketing actions and optimize their efficiency.

By cross-referencing data related to the behavior of contacts - pages they visit, actions on the website and how they react to communications - you will be able to personalize communication with your contacts even more.

MDirector Automation will allow you to create a specific series of messages through any of the communication channels it has implemented that will be triggered by a date (birthdays, anniversaries, etc), event or based on the subscriber's behavior.

You will be able to create the paths through which you can make your contacts go and in which, at any time, you will be able to intervene, this is what we will call scenarios in MDirector.

You will be able to create scenarios such as:

  • Send a series of emails after subscription to your newsletter.
  • Send a special offer for your contacts' anniversaries.
  • Send a series of messages after a purchase.
  • Interact automatically with the people who open and click on your newsletters.
