If you create a dynamic content bases on the subscribers´ attributes, you need to create conditions or rules. Defining the four elements of a condition:

Fields: Contains the name of the fields of your database, including the customized ones.
Operators: The list of operators’ available varies based on the field properties that you have selected. Make sure to choose the operator that makes sense in relation to the type of field that you select.
:: is equal to: The subscribers with an defined attribute that matches the value that is in this content. You can choose only one value. For example, if you have content that you only want people who live in the city of Madrid to see it, then adjust the City attribute to equal to Madrid.
:: (is not equal to): The subscribers with a defined attribute that does not match the value in this content. You can choose only one value. For example, if you want to send content to everyone on your list except those who buy in shop X, then fix the rule for Store location that is not equal to the shop X
The field values to be used to determine which subscribers see this content.
Content: This is the content that will be displayed to a subscriber who meets the requirements of the attributes that you have defined.
