Contacts Reputation

Marco Trovato

The contacts reputation is used to measure the activity in regards to the campaigns that we send them, thus allowing us to send  our deliveries in segments and according to the objectives of the campaign.

This way we will be able, for example, to dedicate our regular campaigns to the most receptive users, as well as making specific deliveries to less active users to try get them back, etc.

Reputation ratings go from -1 (red star) to 5 stars. When a new contact registers, they have a -1 reputation until they open an email, once an email is opened they will move to a 5 star reputation. If the contact stops opening emails, their reputation will go down. It will reach zero stars, if an email has not been opened for 60 days.

Notes:

Whatever the reputation as soon as a contact opens an email, they move to a 5 star rating.

If a new contact is at -1 and does not open any emails for 60 days from the date of registration they will also move to a reputation of zero.
