Create pressure marketing filters to control the frequency of mailings to the users on your list, preventing the user from being saturated with mailings and thus improving their response. Once these filters are established, they are automatically applied, discarding users who fall under these criteria when sending.
1. Click on “Settings” in the Email/SMS Marketing section of the left side menu and select the "Pressure Filters" tab:
2. By clicking the Add filter button you can define the contacts that opened/received a certain number of emails in the period you choose:
3. Once you click on "OK" the changes will be saved and the filter you have selected will not receive emails. In case you want to include them in the mailing, you can do it from the configuration of the mailing itself.
You can edit and disable the filters from "Settings" > "Pressure Filters”
