To access the Email/SMS Marketing campaigns summary:
1. Go to My account from the top right menu.
2. Go to EMAIL & SMS Marketing tab.
3. Click on Campaigns summary.
From here you will have access to a compendium of information about the campaigns. Simply select a date range in which you want to look more closely at the details.
Once you have chosen the range of dates, you are interested in, you will be able view all of the information that has been collected during this time, related to:
- Total emails/SMS sent
- Total of campaigns
- Opens
- Clicks
- Bounces
- Unsubscriptions
- Feedback Loop (spam complaints from users)
You can download the information in CSV format by using the button
Important note: The summary information does not include campaigns sent during the current day, even if it is within the selected date range.
