In MDirector, email and SMS deliveries cannot be deleted. However, you can hide them so they don’t appear in the table under the Campaigns section, which is useful if you want to focus only on the most relevant deliveries.
To hide a delivery, locate it in the table, click on the actions menu —represented by the three-dot icon— and select the Hide option.
If later you want to make a delivery visible again, click the Show hidden campaigns button. This will allow you to see all the deliveries you previously hid. To make a delivery appear again in the main table, go to the actions menu and select the Show option.
Once you've done this, you can return to the usual view by clicking the same button, which will now appear as Show visible campaigns.
