My account status

To check the account status of each of the products you have contracted, do the following:

1. Click on your username in the top right corner and then on 'My MDirector Account' in the menu that appears.

2. Select the 'Account Status' tab.

From this section, you can access the status of each of the products you have contracted, both for Email and SMS Marketing and for Landing Optimizer.

From here, you can also:

- Credit Balance: Check the history of recharges and plan changes.

- Campaigns summary: summary of shipments and their performance data: openings, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, etc.
