MDirector has a specific page called "My rate", which outlines the different plans available, and the prices for each MDirector product.
From this page you can easily change your online plan.
You have access to this page via several links:
- When you log into your MDirector account, on the left menu, click on "Payments" section and then on "My rate" subsection. You will see a link to "My Rate". From here you will be able to see the plan you have currently contracted, view or modify your credit card for payments, or cancel your subscription.
From the same left bar you can go to "Plans and credits" to check other plans or recharges that you can contract for your email and sms campaigns. Also you can visit the Plans Comparison taht will help you to choose the best option.

Other information that you can check, by clicking on the drop-down at the top right, you can click on My MDirector Account and see tab Account Status. Here you will see the volumens you have available currently for your campaigns.
From this page you will have the possibility to change to another plan online and in an easy way.
From both options, you also have the possibility to recharge email and recharge sms to your account. In case you need to send more emails or sms than the ones included in your plan, you will be able to recharge them from this page. You will be recharged without the need to change your plan.
