Can I load/modify/unsubscribe the subscribers automatically?

Yes, there are two ways in which to load/modify and/or unsubscribe contacts automatically in MDirector: Using an API REST or via FTP.

• API REST (Only for Advanced and Premium users)

MDirector uses an API REST to update the contacts of your Database. This API REST is used with the HTTP protocol, which means, that depending on which protocol method is used (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), the API will perform different actions.

In the Settings section of your account, the methods and parameters used to access the API services are as follows:

• Contacts
• Free parameters
• Sales
• Statistics
• Unsubscriptions
• Bounces
• Deliveries
• Lists
• Campaigns

• FTP

The service consists of a FTP where the user leaves files that our system will process for registers and modifications, replacements, unsubscriptions and blocked.

To do this, ask for the FTP address (next to username and password) and follow the instructions in the FTP Information document.
