1. In the left side menu, in the Email/SMS marketing section, click on Settings:
2. Select the Unsubscriptions and bounces tab:
Unsubscriptions
From here you can import your company´s unsubscriptions list, emails or mobiles, or download the total number of existing unsubscriptions or bounces for a specific period of time.
To import unsubscribes use a csv or Excel file containing only the email or cell phone column.
Bounces
These are emails sent that have not been accepted by the destination mail server.
It can be for 2 reasons:
- Hard bounces: invalid addresses that lead to the removal of the email from the database preventing further sending. "They are no longer available.
- Soft bounces: bounces that do not lead to the deletion of the email and are due to circumstantial effects. These addresses are still available for future mailings.
