Setting up from and Replying to

1. In the left side menu, in the Email/SMS marketing section, click on Preferences:

2. Click on Configuration:

Complete the corresponding information:

• Sender name (From): this is the name that your subscribers will see when they receive one of your campaigns.

• Response name (Reply to): this is the name that your subscribers will see when they want to respond to one of your campaigns.

• Response email (Reply to): the email that your contacts will see when they decide to reply to one of your mailings.
