What is a SMS /Email?
It is an SMS that has a link with a shortened URL, that when clicked on, redirects the user to a preloaded creative, such as: Coupons, invitations, promotional banners..etc and with that we get an immediate and direct delivery on the mobile device.
To send an SMS / Email you must go to the Email/SMS Marketing section of the left side menu.
Click on the Create Campaign button at the top right and click on Create SMS Email.
- Applicable options
A.- Campaign to which the DELIVERY belongs.
B. -Name the campaign:In order to locate it internally in the tool, it will not visible be in the campaign.
C.- Sender of the SMS: It is limited to a maximum of 11 characters.
D.- Field where the SMS text goes.
E.- Instructions for filling in the text of Email SMS, it includes a checkbox that enables you to incorporate the word Publish automatically.
F.- Button that incorporates the URL to the SMS creative. Keep in mind, that a shortened URL will replace the field, when calculating the remaining characters that are left in the SMS.

G.- Unicode characters: it is now possible to send SMS with UNICODE characters, which means that not only the standard GSM code is accepted. For example: Cyrillic characters, vowels with accents, etc. Please note that if this code is used, the size of each message is 70 characters.
H.- Shorten links: by checking this option, you allow MDirector to shorten the links you include in your sms. In this link https://mdtr.io/hu1QT you can get more information on how to shorten the links of a sms with your own domain.
By clicking on Next step, it will take you to Templates. Here is where we load the creative, which has been adapted for mobile, we want to link to the SMS.
