When registering a new account in MDirector, we ask you to provide a phone number you own in order to validate the account through a registration token —code— sent via text message (SMS).
In most cases, this message with the code will arrive on your device within seconds, but the wait could take up to 10 minutes. If that doesn’t happen, please consider the following:
- The phone number must be valid and match the country code you selected in the form dropdown
- Make sure you have entered it correctly
- You must be able to receive phone calls and SMS on the phone number you are trying to verify
- Check that you haven’t used this number before to create another MDirector account. Each number can only be linked to one account
If, after these checks, you still haven’t received the code, contact us at support@mdirector.com, and we’ll assist you.
You have one hour from the moment you complete the form to enter the verification code.
