The tools we provide are organized into modules or services, which can be accessed from the side menu, always visible on the left side of the screen.
In this article, we will briefly explain how to navigate the service that allows you to manage emails and SMS messages sent automatically in response to user interactions with a website, triggered by actions such as a registration, an order confirmation, or a password reset request.
How to access the service
To access it, go to the side menu located on the left side of your screen, making sure it is expanded, and click on the title or the arrow to its right, which will display the sections of the module: Dashboard, Statistics, My Templates, and Preferences. To enter the module, you need to navigate to one of these sections by clicking on the name of the one you want to access.
Dashboard
The dashboard of the Transactional Email/SMS service provides an overview of the statistics for the number of sends —day by day— for the past 30 days in the form of a graph. From here, you can also check your remaining email send balance and SMS credits.
Statistics
From this section, we can review the results of the invíos and filter the data by a date range, by selecting tags, and breaking it down by emails or SMS.
My templates
From this section, we can design the creatives that we will use specifically for this service. Here, we land on the list, where we can access the editing of any of the ones we have already created or create a new one from the "Create new template" button.
Whether we select an already created template to edit it or start a new one, we will arrive at the editor.
Preferences
From this section, we can check the credentials for sends via SMTP and API, as well as the custom senders.
