Guide to Navigating the Marketing Automation Module

Álex García

As we explain in this article: https://mdtr.io/OIQW9, MDirector is a multifunctional platform for the complete management of your email and SMS campaigns. The tools we offer are organized into modules or services accessible from the side menu, which is always visible on the left-hand side of the screen.

If you want to access the tool that allows you to automate your marketing actions and optimize their efficiency, you will find it under the service named 'Marketing Automation'. To learn more about this technique, we encourage you to also read this article: https://mdtr.io/PIdJJ

How to access the service

To access it, go to the side menu located on the left-hand side of your screen. Ensure it is expanded, then click on the title or the arrow to its right. This action will display the module’s sections, which, in this case, consists of a single section: Flows. To enter the module, click on its name, and you’ll be directed to the page containing the created flows.

Creating a flow

Just like in the Email/SMS Marketing module with the creation of sends, and in the Landing Optimizer module with the creation of landing pages, the Marketing Automation module features across all its sections —just one in this case— a prominent yellow button in the upper-right corner labeled "Create new flow."

If you’d like a complete guide on how to build a flow from scratch, visit this article: https://mdtr.io/czMVg

Flows

On this page, you can view all the flows you have created, as long as they haven't been deleted. These scenarios are organized into tabs based on their status: all flows, active, inactive, and drafts. From here, you can duplicate, delete, or access them to edit and review their statistics.

Flow editing interface and statistics overview

By clicking the yellow "Edit" button available next to each flow in the list, you will access the interface where you can modify the flow.

Additionally, this same interface allows you to switch between editing and viewing statistics using the 'Edition/Statistics' toggle.
