MDirector is a multifunctional platform designed to provide you with comprehensive management of your marketing communications. We offer a variety of tools organized by modules or services, each focused on a specific aspect. To make navigation more intuitive, MDirector features a sidebar menu that allows you to quickly access any section of any service, regardless of which one you're currently using.
Sidebar menu structure
The sidebar menu is located on the left side of your screen and remains visible at all times, allowing you to move between modules quickly and comfortably. It can be collapsed and expanded at will. When collapsed, the main functions are identified by icons, allowing quick access while freeing up more workspace.
This menu shows which service and section you are currently in. The module is highlighted with a yellow rectangle around its name, and the section is displayed in bold with a darkened background.
Elements of the sidebar menu
1. Yellow 'Upgrade plan' button
- At the top left of the menu, you'll find a yellow button that provides direct access to available plans if you want to upgrade your MDirector plan. A single click will take you to the "Plans and Credits" section, where you can explore options that best suit your needs. This button is only visible when the menu is expanded.
2. Collapse button
- To the right of the yellow button, there is a button for collapsing and expanding the menu. This button is useful when you need more screen space; by clicking it, the menu reduces to a column of icons, keeping options accessible without taking up too much space. Although this menu may collapse by default in some sections, you will always have the option to choose the menu’s state according to your preference.
Main modules
In the sidebar menu, you will always have access to six different modules, all with the same structure: the title of each service functions as a button, and when clicked, it expands to show its specific sections. By selecting any of these sections, you can directly navigate to that part of the module.
1. Email/SMS Marketing
- This is the most used module in MDirector. From here, you can create and send mass email and SMS campaigns. By clicking the title or the arrow to its right, the sections of the module will expand: Dashboard, Campaigns, Contacts, My Templates, My Contents, and Preferences. 2. Transactional Email
- The Transactional Email module is designed to manage the sending of automated and personalized emails, such as order confirmations or activity notifications. These types of messages are essential for maintaining smooth communication with your users at key moments. By clicking the module title or the arrow to its right, its sections will expand: Dashboard, Statistics, My Templates, and Preferences. 3. Marketing Automation
- This module allows us to automate marketing actions, optimizing efficiency by personalizing communication with contacts based on their behavior on the website and their interaction with campaigns. 4. Landing Optimizer
- This module is intended for creating landing pages and improving their effectiveness by analyzing visitor data and behavior to optimize conversions and maximize campaign performance. - This is the module where we access data synchronization with third-party services.
