Contact Search Tool

In the `SUBSCRIBERS' tab, MDirector features a contact search tool.

This tool allows you to locate contacts across all account contact lists using the email or phone number of the contact you are trying to find. The matching is done exactly, so the complete data must be entered.

To do this, first select whether you want to search by email or phone and then enter the search data (in this case, the email, but it works similarly with the phone number) in the `Contact:' box:

As shown in the image, the search tool displays all the lists where the contact has been imported.

If you click on the email, a modal window opens that allows you to edit the contact's data:

While if you click on the name of a list, the tool takes you to it:

The only peculiarity when searching by phone is that you must consider the prefixes, but spacing will never be a problem in finding the desired number:
